President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a Decree on the increase of the minimum monthly rate of labour payment.
Guided by the paragraph 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of Azerbaijan in order to improve the material well-being of the population of the Republic of Azerbaijan and strengthen the social protection, the President decided to fix the minimum monthly rate of labour payment from September 1, 2013 in the amount of 105 manats.
The Decree states that the Cabinet of Ministers should solve the issues arising from this decree.
In view of this Decree, Decree number 1866 (except for the part 3) dated on December 1, 2011 of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic “On increase of the minimum monthly rate of labour payment” is no longer valid.
